Mark has been a dedicated professional in the insurance and financial services industry since 2004, starting with earning his life, health, and disability license in Texas. Mark's early career involved working as a licensed securities investment advisor and broker, followed by a role as a business development specialist and financial advisor with Gonzales & Associates, CPAs.

In 2014, Mark secured brokerage appointments with GPM Life Insurance Company and American National Life Insurance Company, successfully selling over $1 million in individual life insurance policies and business owner retirement plans. In 2016, Mark founded Affordable Medical Insurance Solutions LLC, focusing on ACA-qualified health plans, Medicare, and group disability and life insurance, achieving significant success with over 100 individual and small group health plans sold.

Since 2018, Mark has expanded into commercial insurance, joining MIB Agency in 2024 and the broker network for Tandem HR, specializing in HR solutions for employers. This additional experience in HR has provided Mark with the foundational experience to become a trusted advisor, specializing in businesses experiencing challenges with Employment Practices Liability Insurance.
