Chris Irion is an accomplished leader in commercial property and casualty insurance, with a wealth of experience in the industry. He is one of the co-founders and CEO of MIB Agency, which he established in 2023 with Dustin Baker and Gary McGill. Before founding MIB Agency, Chris served as the Director of commercial insurance and M&A at a major national agency, where he played a key role in recruiting and developing a national team.

Prior to his corporate experience, Chris spent 27 years as an agent and agency owner, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor to numerous contractors and manufacturers throughout the southeastern US and Florida. Chris is a proud alumnus of Stetson University, where he met his wife Alyson. They have three sons and reside in Palm Beach County, FL, where Chris is a well-known figure in the community. He has coached football teams that won numerous accolades, including a Pop Warner National Championship.
