Dustin Baker is an experienced leader in consulting, SaaS, and commercial insurance, with more than 15 years of expertise in these fields. He is the co-founder and President of MIB Agency, which he established with Chris Irion & Gary McGill in 2023. Prior to that, Dustin was the Director of the commercial insurance division at a large national agency, where he played a crucial role in establishing a successful commercial division in less than 13 months. He also served as a Vice President at Johnson Financial Group, which was acquired by USI Insurance in August 2020.

Dustin is known for his client-centric approach and ability to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet his clients' needs. He is also adept at recommending payroll and HRIS systems that can improve his clients' operations, providing a positive financial impact to the bottom line. 

Dustin is a proud alumnus of The University of Arizona, where he earned his degrees in Microbiology & Veterinary Science. He has been a resident of Arizona since 1999 and currently lives in Scottsdale with his wife, two children, and a very needy golden retriever. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball, as well as boating on Lake Pleasant. Dustin is also a dedicated coach for his children's sports teams, and proud board member & sponsor of the Cactus Horizon Little League.
